We met Tim when we bought our condo in Murfreesboro. We just weren’t cut out for a condo, so in 2 years we asked Tim to sell it. We knew it would be rough because there were new condos being built. Tim was honest and laid it all on the table. He sold it in a week! He is just so knowledgeable and professional. His ability to sell it so quickly enable to go into contract to build a new house, and we got the lot we wanted. He also handled this. We are thinking of selling in a year because we can use the turnaround to build a little further out. I will call Tim, and only Tim! We love him! We appreciate his honesty and his knowledge. He is a real go-getter.
