We were timid about putting our house on the market, but we knew it was the right timing for us. We also knew that it would take a miracle along with a hard-working realtor, which we did not have, to sell it quickly. We were blessed that some friends referred us to the perfect man for the job!

The main things we wanted from a realtor were honesty, integrity and patience! Tim not only patiently walked through house after house with me and my extremely picky requirements, but I was most impressed when I found a house that I thought I wanted to purchase and he pointed out some important things that I hadn’t noticed which made him leery about us buying it! We ended up finding our dream home (he actually found it for us) and selling our house in just a few months! We now refer Tim Earls to everyone!
