We decided to put our house on the market when real estate was at a very low point. Tim was up to the challenge and did a phenomenal job at getting our house sold quickly! It still amazes us that he was able to get it sold so quickly and at the best price we could’ve hope to get. It happened so fast, we weren’t prepared to buy another house right away and Tim was patient enough to work with us a few months later to purchase a home in foreclosure. Once again, in dealing with a challenging situation, Tim took us through the process and we got a great deal on a great house!
